Frequently asked questions.

  • Each treehouse has comfy beds, fluffy towels and super soft linens. They all come equipped with your own kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk (on request prior to arrival) and cooking oil provided) and bathroom. We provide Bramley bathroom amenities and bathrobes (in 2 person cabins).

  • Wellies or walking boots to make the most of the wonderful walks on your doorstep! A waterproof jacket in case the weather turns and cosy socks/slippers and jumpers for the evenings by the fire. Flip flops for the deck to make use of the outdoor baths.

  • Each treehouse has allocated parking.

  • All of our spaces are off grid so we encourage you to be mindful when using electricity and avoid using high consumption appliances such as hairdryers. As such, we are unable to charge electric vehicles at the treehouses.

  • Our spaces do not have Wi-Fi but do have some phone signal. We encourage you to download any directions, films etc ahead of your stay.

  • The woodland cinema is for our smaller spaces as it accommodates two people. There are a small selection of DVDs available so we recommend bringing along your favourite film. There are no streaming facilities. You can book your slot for the cinema under the 'Do' section on our website. Don't forget to bring wired headphones.

  • Guests can use the court without needing to book, just bring along rackets and balls.

  • Dogs are welcome in the cabins and charged at £30 per dog. Maximum 2 dogs per cabin. Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture. Dogs are only welcome downstairs in Journeyman. Unfortunately dogs cannot be accommodated in the Oast House.

  • We do not currently have charging facilities in the woods. The nearest charging point is Tenbury Road Car Park (HR7 4LW in Bromyard) which is around 3 miles away.
